Returns
14 days from delivery. Unused, tags on, same condition it left in. Email first — there is no public warehouse address.
The window
You have 14 days from the day it arrives. After that, it’s yours.
Condition
Unused. Tags on. No wash, no ride dirt, no scent. If it looks worn, I can’t take it back.
How to start one
Email sbackemoto@gmail.com with:
- Order number or the email you checked out with
- What you ordered and the size
- Why it’s coming back
I’ll reply with where to send it. Don’t ship anything until I write back. Grand Junction, CO is the area — I don’t publish a street address.
Who pays return shipping
You do, unless I sent the wrong size or the wrong item. Then I cover the return.
Refunds
Once the piece is back and checks out, I refund the item. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the mistake was mine.
