Terms

Buying from Emotion Rides means you’re buying from a small U.S. shop. Colorado law applies.

The shop

Emotion Rides is electric motorcycle streetwear. The storefront is shop.emotionrides.com. Products, prices, and what’s in stock can change. Drops go live when they go live. Product photos land with the drop.

Orders

Payment is collected at checkout through Big Cartel and Stripe. I pack after payment clears and the drop is live. See Shipping and Returns.

Use

Wear it. Ride in it. Don’t copy the mark, don’t resell my photos, and don’t act like you are Emotion Rides.

Liability

Clothes are clothes. Ride at your own risk. Emotion Rides isn’t liable for how you ride, or for anything beyond the garment you bought, to the extent Colorado law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. If something here needs a court, that’s where it lives.
